Input validation in dialogs and wizards

All dialog windows and wizards were improved to include input data validation. Now all entered data is validated to display data input tips about allowed or expected data format and prevent invalid input.

Extended Tray pop-up menu

Set of options, available in the pop-up menu in the System Tray was extended to include access to Preferences, application information links. You can also manage Tray options directly in pop-up menu, without opening the Preferences dialog.

New and improved features

Features below were firstly introduced or significantly improved in this release:

  • About dialog can be closed by pressing Esc button
  • Various application icons were replaced by better images
  • Proxy settings can be configured on Preferences dialog
  • Integrated Help was included into the application distribution

Resolved issues

This release contains a set of resolved issues, including most important ones, listed below:

  • Menu shortcuts continue to work even if menu was closed

Automatic check for updates

New updates checking feature keeps you informed about new releases. It works in automatic mode at the application startup and informs you if any updates are available, so you can migrate to new version quickly.

  • Impossibility to update to the latest version using Live Update feature
  • Potential Access Violation while showing the Open File dialog on Windows 2000 and Windows 2003

Brand new UI

Application comes with a brand new interface, benefiting from modern design and usability concepts. New interface is based on Ribbon UI with elegant style similar to MS Office 2007. Operations scheduled for execution at the next system restart are displayed by advanced data grid that allows grouping data by particular value and applying sorting to simplify data search and browsing. In addition to these features you can find other cool stuff that makes application usage easier.

Data filtration

If a lot of operations are scheduled for execution at the next system restart, it's hard to locate or check the existence of particular entry. But now you can use advanced filtration option to narrow down scheduled operations according with a defined conditions. Data filtration options are very reach, so you can define criteria of any complexity by operating with multiple fields at same time, using masks and logical operations.

System tray

Now application can be minimized to the System Tray. It is helpful when you need to schedule move or deletion of various locked resources in different locations, because you can restore application from tray in just one click. You can configure tray options on the Preferences dialog.

Changeable UI skins

If you don't like standard UI look, you can change it to another one. Application comes with a set of various UI skins, so you can customize interface according with your taste. You can switch it from the top menu and choose between a set of strict skins or have a fun and choose some informal one.
