Software Licensing Terms
All software licenses are perpetual and valid for the particular version of the application. It means that a license doesn't have expiration time and shouldn't be renewed. A license is issued for a particular major version of the application, for example, version 1, and is valid only for this version.
Minor version updates (for example, versions 1.1, 1.2, etc.) are available free of charge. Updates are usually released a few times per a year and include bug fixes and small improvements.
Major version upgrades (for example, versions 2.0, 3.0, etc.) are chargeable. Upgrades from the previous version of the application (for example, upgrade from version 2.0 to 3.0) are available at a special upgrade price. Major version upgrades are usually released not often than once per a year.
There is no yearly maintenance pricing. When a new major version is released, you can order an upgrade, if you like, or keep the current version.
Free major version upgrade is available for customers ordered licenses for the previous version of the application during 3 months before the new major version release.
Free technical support is available by e-mail. Bug fixes are provided as minor version updates for the latest version of the application only.
