Online orders are secure and processed by Share-It (MyCommerce). After placing an order online you will get your license code and invoice by e-mail. The order processing can take up to 24 hours, but usually it requires just a few hours.
Upgrade Terms and Conditions
The program usage conditions depend on the selected license type. The following terms and conditions apply to every license:
- To order an upgrade, you need to have a license for the program. This will be verified before sending a new license
- It's a one-time order with no hidden fees or recurrent payments
- A license is perpetual and will be issued for version 5 of the program after an upgrade is ordered
- Minor version updates (for example, v.5.1, v.5.2, etc.) are free of charge
- Major version upgrades (for example, from v.5 to v.6) are chargeable and will be available at a special price
- Free technical support by e-mail is included
