Upgrade Terms and Conditions
The program usage conditions depend on the selected license type. The following terms and conditions apply to every license:
- To order an upgrade, you must already have a valid program license. This will be checked before issuing a new license
- One-time purchase with no hidden fees and no recurring payments
- Perpetual license for version 11 of the program. Use it as long as needed with no obligation to purchase upgrades
- Minor updates (for example, v.11.1, v.11.2, etc.) are free
- Major upgrades (for example, from v.11 to v.12) are paid but offered at a discounted price
- Free technical support by e-mail is included
