Installed Applications
Network Inventory allows you to collect information on the applications installed on any Machine so you do not need to rewrite the whole list of applications from the Add/Remove Programs section of the Operating System during the inventory. To get a list of installed applications first of all check the Installed Applications option on the Settings tab under the Software Information Scan Options. Then select the Machines you want to retrieve installed applications list for and choose Update Selected option from the drop-down of the Update button located on the tool bar above the Machine Tree. As soon as the update process completes you are about to see the installed applications list for the Machine by selecting its Installed Applications child node in the Machine Tree. Pic 1
You can add applications to this list manually, remove the applications from this list, edit each application info, export this list to any format or create a report containing this information.
